Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to our quick consulting service, our full refund policy lasts 48h with the exception of any expedited consult package purchased. To be eligible for a full refund, the purchased service or package must have not been used at the time of the refund request. If 48h have passed since your purchase, we can only offer you a full refund if no review has been initiated yet on your case. If you are interested in changing the purchased service or package, an upgrade will be considered if the provided information is sufficient to extend the additional consulting services requested.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable books and software products

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as the case of any consulting package on which work has been already initiated or when the client requests a service or consulting package downgrade within 48h of the original purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and the situation is assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your full or partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted on your credit card statement. We recommend contacting your bank to review pending credit before contacting us as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or BOGO (buy one get one free) specials cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will gladly consider your request for a service or consulting package exchange that may better satisfy your needs.

Gifts

If the purchased service or consulting package was marked as a gift when purchased and emailed to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund request.

If the purchased service or consulting package wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order confirmation emailed to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your refund request.

Shipping returns

No shipped returns are accepted.
